How much can I borrow?
There are several factors to take into consideration such as
available monthly income e.t.c. The most important
considerations are that you can afford the monthly
repayments and that you are employed some where or self
employed. We can arrange loans for any amount, from $5,000
to more than $2 million.
Over what period of time can I spread my loan repayments?
This is of course up to you, and depends on how much you can
afford each month. Our loans are usually available over 3 to
16 years. The repayment guide should help you.
Is my application confidential?
Yes, completely. All applications are treated in the
strictest confidence. We do not contact your employer or
bank unless absolutely necessary, and even then only with
your prior written consent. |

What can I use for the loan?
Lamoju Loans offer is an unsecured loan offer, and so the
provision of collateral is not essential.
Does my location affect me?
No your location does not matter as long as you are not from
the following countries,
click here to see list of countries
that are not allowed or eligible to apply for a loan with
Lamoju Loans. Apart from the mentioned countries that are
not allowed to apply for a loan with us, you are very free
to apply for a loan with Lamoju Loans any where in the world
in as much your bank accepts international transfer of
funds.
Can I pay off lump sums and/or settle the loan early?
Absolutely! And there are no time restrictions. Contact us
for the advice on the most economical way of settling your
loan we'd be happy to help
Will my payments be insured?
Compulsory insurance schemes are available to cover your
monthly payments or the principal amount borrowed if you
are unable to work due to accident, sickness or unemployment
e.t.c. Different levels of cover are available to suit your
individual needs.
Do I have to pay any upfront fee(s)?
We (Lamoju Loans) will not charge any upfront fee. However,
in some specific circumstances the insurance company that
will insure the monthly payments or the full loan amount
will ask for a fee to be paid in order for your funds to be
insured. Please note that the loan will not be insured if
you are not yet approved for the loan. The insurance fee
will not be included within the loan advance and will not be
quite clearly detailed on the loan documentation.
If you do not reside in Nigeria, you will have to pay an
insurance premium before your loan will be transferred to
you. A borrower that is not located in Nigeria will not pay
the insurance fee if and only if the borrower's embassy here
in Nigeria can sign as a guarantor on behalf of the borrower
that he/she will certainly pay back the loan. Let's presume
that a borrower is from Germany and he/she doesn't want to
pay for the insurance premium before receiving the loan. You
as a German citizen must contact your embassy here in
Nigeria and show them enough proofs that you can pay back
the loan so that they can sign as a guarantor on your
behalf. If you cannot pay back the loan, your embassy will
be responsible in paying back the principal amount and
interest accrued. Insurance premium will not be paid by a
non-citizen of Nigeria (borrower that is not located in
Nigeria) if he/she can provide an Evidence of Contact &
Letter of Guarantee from his/her embassy.
How long will it take to process my application?
Once you have filled out the enquiry form, one of our
licensed representatives will contact you to introduce
themselves, explain how the application process works and to
understand your needs. You will have to complete and sign
some loan documentation and once you have returned it for
processing we provide a standard service of 9 to 12 working
days to be in position where your funds will be available to
you.
Can I cancel my application if I decide not to go ahead
for any reason?
Yes, you can. You may cancel your loan at any time prior to
completion without penalty.
